As some of you may have guessed, this year's XMas Cross and MTB Follies will be held at Philadelphia's beloved cyclocross practice course. Searching for "Mt. Pleasant Drive, Philadelphia" will get you the right directions on Google Maps (link). See you there! First races go off at 10am.

12:15 PM - Singlespeed/Dinglespeed/Drinklespeed (separate prizes for M & W)

Registration is $10 and will be day-of and cash-only. Registration opens at 9:30a and closes 30 seconds after the start of your race. So showing up late can't be your excuse to not race. That covers the course setup, hot coffee, some other unnamed types of beverages, and sausage, not-sage, and other deliciousness from the grill.

The exact location will be announced Thursday night — for now, just know that it's within city limits, easily rideable from the heart of Philadelphia, and parking is available nearby and within sight of the course.

Last but not least: the Naughty Pajama Christmas Party follows at 9 PM. Get your naughty pajamas on! You are all invited, just get the address after you show your face at the race!

There will be more to it than this but you can get somewhat of an idea about what's in store for Saturday.

A little course description:

We're just about knee deep in prepping everything about the course for the racing this year. While in the past years we relied on MTB trails and only a little bit of more CX friendly terrain, this year the course features a more healthy dose of cross type terrain. The race will be held at a popular cyclocross practice course in the city of Philadelphia.
   In addition to what you may well have ridden a lot this year, there are a few "all new" sections with very interesting features (see Spy Shots). More trail-type riding was found adjacent to the fields. All in all, get ready for a super fun to ride, challenging course.
